Thanks to all who reached out to us about Max. Beth and I appreciate your thoughts and prayers.
It seems like he may have had a stroke or something similar. He’s lost his hearing and is a bit confused… yet… he is still hanging in there.
During our bi-weekly Thrive call with our Private Coaching members, we were Phil Mickelson’s record setting win at the PGA Championship. He has won 45 events on the PGA Tour, including six major championships: three Masters titles, two PGA Championships, and one Open Championship, making him the oldest winner of a major championship.
Phil’s not the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time), but he is the OOAT (Oldest Of All Time).
Score one for the old guy. He’s only 50, but in sports, youth has the edge.
A personal transformation.
Well, there will be lots written about “how” he did it.
Certainly, Coaching. He’s coached by Australian Andrew Getson.
Certainly, a BDD Mindset: Belief. Dedication. Discipline.
Certainly, his training regimen of eating and exercise.
That’s “how” he transformed himself.
A better question is “why?” What were his reasons.
Don’t know all of them, but he did say that a diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis back in 2010 motivated him to change his eating habits and get into a new routine.
He said, “After becoming accountable for my own health, let’s just say I look a little ‘different.’”
He owned his health.
If you want to transform your results, you must OWN YOUR RESULTS.
Find your reason today.
Write it down.
OWN YOUR RESULTS.
